well cant believe what i done went out for me sisters birthday had a few drinks and i mean a few how am going to suffer lol but just wanted to be some one else for the nite and i had a good time hope every1 is feekling well am glad of a good time but now thinking y did i do that never mind fun at the time and am still the same lol xxx

Well Angiedkye, Its good to know I'm not the only one. I haven't and a drink for a year and a half but went out last night with my family and I had the best night I've had for a long, long time. I laughed so much that my ribs are sore but it was worth every ache and pain to enjoy myself. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

ty had such a good nite but suffering 2day but was worth it lol hope u feel better soon lilyanne aswell dont do it often but went for it last nite wont be doing it for awhile lol just sometime u need to feel normal no matter the pain u suffer for the next few days lol

Last time I went out i felt really self-conscious and then the fatigue kicked in which made me tired and irritable ... time to go home.

I was such a pity because i had been looking forward to it for weeks.

Next time i am going make my self have a nap 1st
