Trigeminal Neuropathy how to treat the pain?

I have SLE and have also been diagnosed with trigeminal Neuropathy in right side of face. Does anyone else have this and how are you been treated for the pain?

I have this feeling like bugs all over my face at times, but always on legs and feet, my doctor gave me neurontin and it helps.

I ha en it as a result of shingles. I also take neuron tin along with cymbalta which helps a lot. I also take super B complex which has helped too
