Everytime I get a Covid shot I get a painful Lupus Flare- up for 4 to 5 months . In the 30 years of having Lupus I have never been so sick as since I have been taking Covid shots . I am thinking I will wait at least 1 year , if not longer for another one .

I have told doctor . This is my 5 th covid shot .4 older ones and 1 st newer one . One doctor told me that many pts with autoimmune diseases have told him the same thing about Flare-ups .
And I an an RN myself .
There is more than one covid vaccination. I also know that one particular vaccine seemed more troublesome to people than others.

Be well!
