Hi, I don't have Lupus, but Mixed Connective Tissue Disease, which is similar. Shortly after that Dx (last winter), I was Dx'd with CLL. Previous to those Dx's, I worked out 5-6 days a week: Tennis, running, weights, pilates. For three months or so I was unable to do any exercise; I had no energy whatsoever. My MDs could offer me only sympathy. I started acupuncture, and met with a nutritionist, who gave me a variety of supplements to build up my immune system. Slowly, I have been returning to form. However, I now take longer to recover, so I have to be careful to space out my exercise: No more than two days in a row. I also train more intensely, but for shorter periods. Hope this helps, and good luck!
