Monitoring Side Effects of Treatment

Monitoring the side effects of treatment is very important, they can be minor, moderate, or severe. Tracking any side effects you are experiencing is an essential part of your treatment, and you should always report them to your clinical team. The side effects of treatment tracker within Your Health Companion is quick and easy to complete, covers a range of side effects and allows you to choose how often record them. You can then look back to see when, if at all, you have experienced different side effects using the summary reports.

Please remember, the information within Your Health Companion is NOT automatically sent to your clinical team; if you experience any severe or moderate side effects, you must contact your clinical team immediately. We also encourage you to show your information to the team at clinical appointments via the summary reports.
