Any free mental health apps around.

Just wondering if anyone has come across a free app for anxiety, well-being, and mental health. I’ve downloaded so many and then it comes up with payment plan. Thank you.

Hi againI've asked my daughters - they recommend Calm and Headspace. It looks like there is a free version of Calm but Headspace is a paid-for plan.

Hi Loimie,I had downloaded the UCLA free guided meditation app and have found it very helpful. If you google UCLA guided meditations, the website will come up with link to download the app.

Hello, sorry I did try and paste the link but wasn’t able to. The website I got the app link from is UCLA health.org however if you go the App Store and type in UCLA Mindful (it’s a blue image with a sort of raindrop in the middle) you should be able to download it directly. X
