I'm unsure what you mean - a node ? is this a lymph node? or do you mean a pulmonary nodule? many people have nodules in their lungs that can increase in size due to inflammation/infection and not all are cancerous (malignant). when they increase on an image, it is usual to reimage them a few weeks/months later (if below a certain size) to see if any change. hope you get some answers soon.

It was a pulmonary node and 90 days it was 1.4 now it’s 2.8

could be a nodule that's inflammed hence its increase in size - as many of us have these and they can reduce in size again when the cause of inflammation retreats. not all nodes are cancerous which is why 'observation' or watchful waiting is the policy until they reach a certain size or double in volume in a short period of time. hope you get some answers from your clinical team soon. they're the best people to ask.
