I remember reading a couple of years ago that when Cuba opened up and linked with US (under Obama's presidency), they found that the Cubans had been using vaccines against lung cancer (I guess all that tobacco/cigar use contributed to many getting this) and that examples had been taken for research. Pleased if something is now available in clinical trials here - it would be a useful addition to available treatments if an effective vaccine for some types could be developed.
