On Monday I had my lung X Ray 3 monthly follow up and appointment with Lung Specialist Nurse. My breathing tests were fine. I know there was no cancer spread in my lymph nodes but I was told there was sarcoidosis spread across the nodes. The granuloma in my lung which I had for many years. Was in the same lobe as the cancer and the cyst. Sarcoidosis can be lived with and I never had any coughs or problems with any of the 3 diseases sharing my lung space. I read the Metro when I got home and read about a 24 year old male who was sentenced to 4 years in Prison for robbing his girlfriends Parents of £55,000 by telling them he had Cancer. I thought about all the people who do have had it and those who still have it in whatever form and I felt sad. He will have time to think in Prison and I hope he can change.

Dear daisy 47,
Obviously this person has no idea of the impact of reading this article had on people like yourself. We can only hope that this kind of behavior is not common and that the person concerned will have time when in prison to reflect on what he has done and hopefully mend his ways.
