Good news sort of ,No evidence of any new cancers on CT scan ,heart tumour stable ,but might ask for an MRI later as CT scans aren't good for picking up cardiac changes .However I feel that my heart is a little more in rhythm now with meds. If I don't over do things physically I seem ok ,a hard one for me but I am doing it .

I have changed my diet slightly ,juicing vegetables ,vegetarian at least 4 days a week and fish /meat a couple days a week and that is making me feel brighter and healthier . This change was decided after watching a documentary on Netflicks called 'What the health', it made me have a think about lots of things to improve my outcome but also about the poor state of the animals produced for the mass consumer. It is a USA based documentary but it does make you think about how our meat industry might change in the next few years.I am a meat eater but I don't think I require it daily .There were a few other documentaries on Netflix I watched after this one also American which also endorsed health improvements from diet that I am embracing a little .Just a thought for anyone else out there considering diet issues .My changes are small ,but I do feel better and brighter for it .

Today I am off to a freely spa day organised through my cancer centre 'The Mustard Tree' I am really looking forward to this having had a busier than usual day yesterday .It should be nice and soothing, scan weeks and results are always edged with tension. The dexamethasone is finally improving my mobility again left leg not dragging so much ,just got to figure out how to get on an exercise bike again without putting my knee out .ha

Have a good day everyone or try if you are able .

Sounds good, Diane. Good luck with it all. You may be interested in a book I found useful - called 'Anti Cancer - a new way of life' by Dr Servan Schreiber. best wishes.

I have read that one ,and found it to be useful, he says you have to look after your terrain ,I believe he is right on it with that statement ,although its easy to drift .I have also read 'The Cancer Whisperer 'by Sophie Sabbage and another reality book written by a neuro surgeon title escapes right now .I take what I can from these opinions and leave the bits I cannot follow .But they are inspiring and hopeful so always worth a look .Thanks you .

not read Sophie's book but met her father at an event with CRUK at the House of Lords last year who told me about her so it's on the list. Also like 'Cancer is a word not a sentence' by Dr Rob Buckman - that helped me stop fretting every time I had a cough/chest infection into thinking it had returned. Read 'when breath becomes air' this year on holiday by a surgeon - good but not in the same vein as the others.

That's the book I read 'when breath becomes air' ,I will have a look at the other one you mentioned .Thanks
