Help improve cancer data

Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research UK are reviewing how cancer patients in England could be better informed about the use of their data in cancer registration.

To do this, they need to know more about what people living with cancer think about the cancer registry – how aware you are about it at the moment, what you would like to know, and when and how you think it would be best for you to receive this information.

They have developed this survey:

surveymonkey.co.uk/r/cancer...

Please take have a look and do the survey if you have the time so that the voices of people with lung cancer can be heard.

There are also two patient engagement events that will look at how cancer data is used, one in London on Friday 11 July, and one in Leeds on Wednesday 13 July. Details about the events are here:

eventbrite.co.uk/o/cancer-r...

Thank you.

Graeme
