The new Spring/Summer edition of Inspire Lung Cancer Magazine is now available - the free magazine for people who are living with lung cancer and their carers. The magazine provides lung cancer news and information about developments in lung cancer treatment and care. It also offers friendly professional advice and the sharing of real-life lung cancer experiences.
You can view the magazine online at roycastle.org/inspire or to sign up to receive your copy through the post at roycastle.org/signup
This edition features articles on volunteering for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation and the stigma of lung cancer. Anita Gillen and Kay Kennedy talk about the help and support they provide, how it benefits patients and families, and why they support Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. The charity’s supporter Eric Byrne tells how, more than six years on from his lung cancer diagnosis, he is enjoying life more than ever and is more determined to do what he can to raise awareness of lung cancer.
We are always looking for people to share their experiences or provide tips and advice for the magazine. If you would like to tell us your story or are interested in finding out more about how you can get involved with the charity please visit roycastle.org/volunteer or get in touch by e-mail or phone.
