The charity’s Lung cancer - answering your questions pack has now been available for over a year. Over 20,000 packs, along with treatment booklets have been given out to patients and carers throughout the UK. Information packs are available through our helpline (0333 323 7200, option 2), lung cancer support nurses, cancer information centres and at local and national charity events.

We very much value your opinion and would appreciate your help by giving us feedback on what you think about the pack. You can either complete the online survey – surveymonkey.com/s/ayqpack or we can send you a survey in the post, along with a reply paid envelope - e-mail us at info@roycastle.org.

You can view the pack online or request a free copy at roycastle.org/ayqpack. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if we can be of further help or support.

If you would like to join our reader panel and review information produced by the charity, please e-mail us at info@roycastle.org.

Kind regards

Ashley Burns
