May God be with you at this trying time xxx

Hi Smoss01, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. I don't know if anyone can give you any ideas of timescales, even your dad's doctors, as everyone will respond differently. Do you have anyone who can help to support you and your dad, perhaps family or McMillan nurse. I hope you get some help and advice.

Sincerely Rab

Hi there,

I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad.

Rabbie is right in that it can be impossible to guess on timescales, even for experienced medics.

The most important things are that your Dad is comfortable and he his loved ones around him.

Thinking of you, and your family.

Beth, on behalf of information and Support
