Tips for other people affected by lung cancer

Hi everyone

My name is Mark and I write Roy Castle's Inspire magazine.

I'm currently looking for tips and advice to be included in our next edition which you think may be helpful to other people diagnosed with lung cancer or their carers.

In the previous edition, we featured the following tip:

Positivity is important. But it's also okay to cry, feel scared, angry or any other way you may feel. Don’t deny

or pretend how you feel.

Something along those lines, any practical advice or recommendations would be great.

Please send yours to me on HealthUnlocked or email me at mark@mhcopy.com

Thanks, Mark
