FDA approved keytruda for use as adjuvant treatment for use by Stages 1B, 2, and 3A nsclc.

previously allocated only to stages 3B and 4. It has proved to extend the length of progression free survival in lower stages of nsclc.

For the newbies among us, adjuvant therapy is a helper therapy given after main form of treatment is finished (example surgery).

Glad to see that they are expanding the use of these drugs. It gives me hope for longer survival.
