Round 3 of taxol

Was postponed due to 66000 low platelets they are making me wait 10 days till my platelets are normal 100000. Is this normal low platelets

I have a reoccurrence 2 cm lymph node they are killing and last round was suppose to be today and just to find out I have to wait 10 days, Denzil is this normal???

Yes this is perfectly normal. Mine was postponed 3 times. The first time it took a week to recover and I recovered on my own. The next 2 times it was with the help of time + blood transfusions.

If you can tolerate them right now eat lots of cruciferous vegetable to help your body rebuild those platelets.
