Hello everyone. I talked to oncologist nurse about what we'd going on. She talked to oncologist. Since I had a brain scan last of June and it was clear, they decided to put me on Meclizine. It sure helped. The thing that bothers me is that he doesn't think the dizziness is from the chemo. At the beginning of every new chemo drug they give you a stack of info sheets that I DO READ. Part of the side effects is lightheaded or dizzy. I asked the nurse if it's not from the chemo then what's it from? Her response is we don't know but we are gonna put you on this medicine???
The other thing is she says my blood work is ok but I get my treatments every three weeks so it may be ok then but how does it look after that as I only have blood taken before my infusions?
