well done fantastic post to read. My partner us on giotrif and he's getting first Ct scan this week after 3 months on this targeted therapy. I hope it's good news like yours. Daryl was diagnosed in August and also tested fir mutation so chemo stopped and easily drug kicked in. He's doing well dispute being stage 4 lung cancer diagnosed. I am going back to work today after being off and he may go back soon. Much love Tracey xxx

Your experience will bring hope and comfort to those who come here looking for help. Thank you for being here.
Great news, one day at a time 💕
Congratulations! Your picture , the little cuties, shows you have a lot to live for!!
I'm happy to hear your tests results were good. I pray the cancer is completely gone and will never rear it's ugly head in your body again.
God bless you and your family.
Keep up the fight!!
I love hearing your story! I, too, was a healthy non-smoker diagnosed Jan. 2016. Almost celebrating my one year anniversary in this journey. I'm taking Tarceva and so thankful that it's doing it's job. Praying that it continues for many many years. The side effects are minimal and so worth having more time with my family. God bless!!!
Smckenna,
Looks like you have motivation to fight this disease - thank you for sharing such a sweet picture!
I also want to say that I am so sorry that you found yourself diagnosed with lung cancer...terrible news, but your latest PET scan results are certainly grounds for celebrating!
Keep enjoying those beautiful children, and, again, thank you for sharing with us. Every person in this community is such a gift!
2017 will be a great year!

Your family is beautiful - smiles all around.

Hi Smckenna! So happy for your good scan! Your upbeat attitude is encouraging. I found we live fairly close to each other, so if you and my hubby happen to be being treated at the same facility, we possibly might meet someday. I'm new to this forum, so haven't discovered if we are able to private message each other yet. I will be interested in seeing how you continue to progress in your fight against this most unwelcome disease.
