Just wondering if others having been 'watering' their compression and trying to stay as still as possible for the last week in UK? Had a walk in the sea last evening, which was lovely but back to sweaty legs this morning... can't wait for it to end...what a spoil sport! Share your tips for hot weather please....x

Where I live is not as hot but I tend to stay in when it is hot. I soaked my stocking one day and it dried quickly on my leg! Loose trousers help and drinking lots of water..But there's nothing else I can suggest. It's just a blinking nuisance having a lymphie leg.
