You must seek advice from the doctor involved with the liposuction. There could be a number of reasons why this has happened, but only a health care professional can advise you about treatment. I see from your profile you are in Israel.

thank you lynora.yes I live in Israel.

Swelling in toes can happen for various reasons. I have seen lymphoedema develop in people post liposuction and with vascular issues. Start with your general doctor for review. Vascular doctor should be consulted regarding circulation. Lymphoedema therapist can treat/advise.

I had LVNT surgery on my leg in 2013, followed by SAPL

(liposuction) in December 2018. I have had tremendous success with both. It is critical that post SAPL you remain compliant with compression. I wear a class 3 custom Elvarex thigh high stocking 23/7 and a custom toe cap. I do take the toe cap off at night. When I wake up in the morning my toes are swollen and the swelling extends to the point where the stocking begins at the top of my foot , directly behind the base of my toes. I perform a little massage to soften up the area and put my toe cap back on. That is working for me.

My SAPL procedure went from my upper thigh to my ankle. There was nothing that could have been done to address the fluid accumulation in my toes. That is something I am able to manage with light massage and custom toe cap.

As Lynora advised, you must address this with your doctor, as well as your Lymphedema therapist, if you have one. Wishing you well!
