Compression pants.

I’m into my second year of left leg Lymphoedema following RP. I have a compression garment and also compression pants. I ware the leg garment every day but the compression pants always seem to give me pockets of fluid on my penis which I don’t get when I don’t ware them, so I’ve stopped warring them. Any thoughts out there ??

Sounds like the compression may be too much in the pants, if fluid is being forced into the penis. Could you try bike shorts? Have you ever been taught how to self bandage the scrotum and penis?
