Hi, I suppose it depends on how severe the swelling is and what type of shoes you are looking for? I shop around and try lots of different styles for my children.

Ugg’s although very expensive are very accommodating for swelling. I also found that some of the startright were wider fitting than Clarks. Often we buy shoes that fit the foot with lymphoedema and then put insoles in the other shoe.

My son who also needs orthotics has specially measured and made shoes which were great but I’m not sure if these are available specifically for lymphoedema?

I have purchased my shoes that specialize in diabetes and orthopedic issues..one foot is bigger than the other so I buy the size up and wear a sock
