Hi Verity I am also interested in strength bearing exercises for osteoporosis. On my main pc I have strength bearing practices developed by a BWY yoga teacher called Zoe Knott. If you send me a wee email to fmco@j2fm.net I will send them to you. I am planning to start practising them myself.
