Just watched it, excellent. Many thanks. No idea what " subscribe to the channel means" but it worked/ I was able to watch it.

Enjoyed this video, but the level of sound was very low indeed, even after taking it to the highest level available.

It is best to view the video on you thube rather than just watching it above - to view in you tube - where sound is better and you can easily subscribe to the channel just clic on the word YouTube on the bottom right of the above screen.

This video is brilliant the best ointment I use is Epaderm for my feet and legs arms and face it can be used anywhere on the body and can be used instead of soap but you have to be careful as it is very slippery on the feet when having a shower so I use it as a moisturer at night and let it soak into my body you only need a very small amount and stops the skin from drying out if you wear socks then put socks on after the lotion and it acts as a sun barrier available in 500g tubs also good for eczema and psoriasis

Are there any other ways to improve the situation with lymphoedema?

Apart from using moisturizers my friend is practicing face yoga. Try it out. As I know, there is a special form of massage designed to increase the transport capacity of the lymphatic system. The massage begins in the neck area, where large lymphatic vessels pass into the veins behind the clavicles. This stimulates the outflow of lymph into the larger lymph vessels to facilitate transport in the smaller vessels. So when you practice face yoga (faceyoga.com), not only face muscles but your neck is also involved. It takes only 15 minutes per day. So it’s very convenient and doesn’t require much effort.
