Can't we make up our own minds? After all, if there is a product that might help us, but we have to pay a lot for it, I would like to ask others on this forum what is their experience, before plonking down my hard-earned cash.

It is a 'rule' of healthunlocked to protect users of all forums from agressive sales. The LSN website often has articles on innovations and is probably a better tool when looking for new treatments.
