Roll on Friday to I get seen at the clinic I have a load of questions to ask the pain I have had in my left shinbone has been horrendous the last couple of days and nights left leg seems worse than the right they are both swollen but the left feels worse that was during the night I had my socks on for ten minutes

Hi good luck at your appointment. Looking at the photo, it looks as if you need to be correctly measured for compression socks, if they are too short and cut into your leg they can do harm. I hope you are seeing a Lymphoedema specialist nurse? They really know their stuff. Also double check with them about wearing in bed at night, I have always been told never to sleep in them. Hope you get on okay. Best wishes. X

Hi Liz, have you seen your GP about the leg pain? The clinic may not be able to help you with that and will probably want you to see a doctor for assessment before they actively treat you - just to make sure nothing serious is going on (severe pain is serious). Keep your clinic appointment and get that pain assessed.

Thank you ladies I am seeing a specialist nurse about the lymphodema his ears will be on fire 🔥 by the time I come out.As I have so many questions for him lol xx
