For those members of various online communities of sufferers of Lymphodema it is sad news that the Founder of Lymphodema People has passed away. Despite his lifelong battle with various complaints & illnesses, he founded many forums for fellow sufferers. He was a leading advocate and researcher who inspired all of those whose lives he touched around the world. Attached is a link to a beautiful In Memoriam video that his family has kindly shared with his many friends and followers. RIP dear Pat, a true Saint. Amen.

You are right Christo. He touched so many people and was an absolute inspiration. Even though he wasn't well he helped spread the information he'd gathered about lymphoedema to help others. I didn't know him for long through Lymphodema People but he was a lovely man who helped answer questions that I had over the last few months. He will be sorely missed ;-(

I have been in hospital for the last two months and have only just read this sad news, Pat had been a great support to me in posts when I needed it most in the first year of having this condition and over the last 8 years. Pat inspired and gave hope on those dark days we all face. RIP
