What to do if dry air is a trigger?

Hi. I haven’t traveled since before the pandemic and when I did travel I had a flare. I needed to take a prednisone pack in order to breathe and keep away from the hospital on my trip. I’m thinking about traveling again and wondering if from now on I will need to take steroids when I travel somewhere with air drier than where I live which is pretty humid. Anyone else has dry air as a trigger?

Thanks! I hope I don’t need to use steroids every time I travel. It made it almost impossible to do anything after I took it because I got so weak.
