My allergies seem worse this year? My dog is also sneezing and has a drippy nose!!! Especially when I’m outdoors. I’ve downloaded a “pollen “app on my iphone that gives a list of what pollens are in the air that day and rates its severity. It allows me to journal too. It’s free. Thought you might like to try it if you have allergies.
Does anyone else track the pollen each day? What’s your favorite app or website for pollen counts?

What app do you use? I've tried a couple of them but they were way off for my area. Plus, I haven't found one that does the fluctuation throughout the day. I can be outside for a while in the morning, but not afternoon or evening. Maybe I'm too picky, but I'd like to get outside and be able to breathe. The other factor for me is pollution. Know of an app that combines them? Good luck with yours!
