Asthma triggers

I have to be careful around animals and cigarettes. Those seem to be my triggers. I get very short of breath. Does anyone else? Also food additives like msg and maltodextrin can cause an asthma attack

Any type of perfume, some soaps, fabric conditioners. You'll find me in supermarkets snuffing things, if they are no good for me my voice changes and u sound like a frog.

For snuffing read sniffing !

As for food I cannot tolerate any kind of spice

Anything scented! Perfume, cologne, cleaning products, smoke Lysol, air freshners, I have to wear a mask when I go anywhere.
