Trouble sleeping

Hi. I started having this weird symptom of feeling a rush of adrenaline and a sharp inhale upon falling asleep last year. It started to get better but it’s been really bad again so I hardly get any sleep. This seems to only happen at night and not when I’m taking a nap during the day. I’m wondering if it’s due to reducing my qvar. I’m not sure if this could be reflux as well cause the symptoms are so weird. Anyone know what this could be?

I have nighttime awakenings when my asthma is undertreated. Why are you reducing your Qvar?

My allergist said to reduce one puff per week since I saw her months ago. I guess I should stop then? I’ve always had trouble when falling asleep since last year though. The only difference is it’s happening consistently every night. Does it affect you during the day as well?
