Eat better with limiting carbs

I’ve limiting my carbs eating more protein and fats has helped my asthma symptoms someone may want to try this amazing nicer weather also helps blessings and happy breathing out there god bless!

Why carb limits as opposed to balanced diet??

Well for my conditions I have allergies to yeast speaking just me I do better limiting carbs like breads more of protein richer with some nuts 🥜 and granola but your right balanced is better I think we all experiment and figure what works best for us.

Thanks for your response. I agree, we find out our personal needs. With genetic low blood sugar, I eat higher protein and lower carb. Get my carbs from whole grain and fruit. Diet definitely makes a difference in how I feel.
