I am new to Asthma

Still  learning  how  to  lookout  for  my  triggers  and  could  use  some  help

I have found cigarette smoke, pet dander and nose congestion is trouble because it goes into your lungs and causes breathing issues. If you can control that also

Well I have been through it all, took allergy test and stress test and breathing test,  I took shots for awhile but I stayed too sick to keep taking them,  I take inhalers and breathing treatments and I have took all kinds of antibiotics but they only work so long.  I live on steroids too.

Steroids are nasty stuff. It can cause weight gain, jitters and I hate it when I have to take it. Usually Prednisone. They usually put you on a steady decline of steroids so you don't have adverse symptoms. You should never go cold turkey. I know Prednisone can also cause ED in men. Weigh your options before consenting to taking a steroid. Puffy face, dry mouuth.
