Yes I have severe persistent eosinophilic asthma as well. I am on the biologic, NUCALA and have been for 4 years. I have few side effects from NUCALA and it has helped tremendously along with my sinus surgery.

My asthma has improved tremendously.

Yes, I have it also. Have been taking Fasenra injections for over 2 years. It has made a tremendous difference in my asthma. I get the injections every 8 weeks. .

I have been on Dupixent since April 1st. It’s been a miracle 🤞One week left on 1mg prednisone and then fingers crossed off the oral steroids. Tried Fasenra and the efficacy was excellent but I seemed to get a few infections so I decided to try something else. Everyone is different. Wishing you the best!! These targeted biologics are a remarkable advancement. 😎

My years of asthma have turned into COPD and keep a tank of oxygen in my home for days when I cannot breathe well. Anyone else gone into COPD?

This is interesting thanks. I waited eight months to be contacted by the consultant when I was referred - it took eight months despite it being because I was struggling to breath! I find I need to get out of the state of worrying and feeling beaten and negative about it all so I also go to a site where I pray for others and post so that people pray for me, it costs nothing and does not take up much time. accuratepsychicreadingsonli.... Sometimes we need uplifting emotionally and mentally as well as help physically. It now seems that I have vasculitis and am struggling with that too, waiting to speak to a specialist and of course it is all held up with this lockdown situation. When I was struggling to breath and was referred to a chest person it took them eight months to follow up the letter. Hopefully this won't take so long.

I have been on Nucala for about 1 year. Definitely a life saver for me.

Was on Nucala for a year. Definitely helped the thick mucus that made it hard to breath. I was always tired. Looked up side effects and being tired was one of them. My pulmonologist put on Fasenra. Been on it for a year and a half. Not as tired. For me, Fasenra worked better, but we all react to drugs differently. Wish you luck. Hope you do get along better
