AM/Separation Anxiety

I have been on Prozac 10mg and doing ERP therapy for the past 2 weeks and my symptoms of Fear, Worry, Separation Anxiety from my wife are all significantly worse over the last week. This is my first time taking medication and doing therapy. AM anxiety is the worst, lots of doom, gloom, panic feelings, internal shakiness. Things usually get better as the day goes on and evenings are usually pretty calm. Sleep is a mess. Anxiety about my wife being out of house and me being alone has skyrocketed. Looking for any advice - anything I could take on the short term that would chill things out a bit. Have a very caring support system and team of professionals I am working with but this is ruining my quality of life. Pausing the ERP as of today and talk with doc on Monday about the medicine piece. Thanks
