This is how it works sometimes but if you try and accept the down days or times they will get less
At the moment I have zero times feeling happy and would settle for just a few
Are you getting any support , taking medication ?
Maybe a talk with your Doctor might help ?
Hope the happy days soon outweigh the bad moments
