I haven’t wrote on here in a while, but since i last wrote i have started therapy finally and unfortunately it’s been cancelled due to coronavirus.
The therapist said i seem to suffer for severe panic and separation anxiety - does anyone suffer from this in particularly? and anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?
Seems as i’ll be at home for a while ahah.

Have you asked your therapist if they could have continued supporting you via phone calls , a lot are doing this if you ask and tell them you would be happy to carry on getting therapy this way until we are out of lock down
Try going on you tube and out in what they have suggested you suffer from , there usually will be so many techniques come up you can follow to try and help you relax
