I'm glad I found this form also, this process has started about 2 and a 1/2 weeks ago myself I wake up normally suddenly and feel like my body is pulsating and it lasts for about 15 to 40 seconds then it slowly fades away I too like most people on here have gone through a lot of stress a long relationship break up fatigue and other symptoms of anxiety I have had anxiety for years but recently got it under control last year this is a brand new symptom for me and I guess if it's anxiety related I'm OK with that, but I worry it might be something neurological , I have a physical plan next month but I really don't know what to expect the cost no one has found a definite answer for what's going on to us I will keep following this post

Hi just to say you could post this on anxiety support community here on healthunlocked it is quite busy and you will have more answers from some very helpful people
Hello
A break up is one of the hardest things we have to deal with and sounds like you have been going through a lot
It has happened to me that I have been asleep and woke up with pulsating sensations , this can actually happen for two reasons , one your body is relaxing after been so tense or that you are still tense in your sleep
However a new symptom always worries us and sometimes just a little reassurance is all we need and your Doctor hopefully could give you that and I would make an appointment , let them check you out ( I am sure everything will be fine ) but it will give you that peace of mind which is so important to people like us
Take Care x
