Every time I get sleep paralysis I always shake. I had this problem before so I just try to get out of it as fast as I can. But it always scares me

Seems to be quite common when your brain can’t quite switch off but your body is a sleep. Sleep paralysis doesn’t tend to happen whilst sleeping on your back so try that. And the shaking is your brain and body trying to merge back together from a startled state.
