Stinging

Does anyone get stinging above waist so uncomfortable from anxiety would just like to know if anyone gets this. Tbanks

Not sure if I have had this one either yet I have had most things that anxiety causes because it is amazing what physical symptoms it creates weird and wonderful one's to !

I have just read as I don't know that much about you but hoping to get to know you more that your Son is in and out of Hospital a lot which I am so sorry to read , I wonder are you suffering with Health Anxiety and due to your Son not been well does this possibly contribute to it ?

Mention this sensation to your Doctor next time you go , I am sure it will not come to anything but will give you peace of mind

Thanks lulu but over the uears i have had it a lot comes and goes usually when i get reflux.

I suffer with reflux to , dreadful isn't it and yes it can cause burning sensations

I am sure it will pass soon x

Yes it is awful and usually lasts a couple of days especially if i have alcohol. And ues i do suffer terrible health anxiety it's been ruling my life for 1 year.

When I get a bad bout of reflux it can go on a few months , just been having one myself and hoping it is easing but has been like it for weeks

I avoid trigger drinks and food the best I can and if I do slip up I know I will pay

You say your Health Anxiety has triggered more over this last year , I have suffered with it most of my life so now how it feels , did anything happen that triggered it of ?

When I was young I lost a very close Uncle , did not know about health and death etc till then but that is when something lodged in my head and a life time of Health Anxiety appeared , and to be honest the older I get it becomes more of a concern , but it is something I do try and keep in control not easy though at times x

I think it was because my anxiety took over and because i never felt well always worried i had a setious i illness that no one has found. Still do loll everyday.

Same here , I think though it is us and anxiety is the illness even though we tend to not accept it can create so many issues x
