Hello

I very much relate , I have always felt even when in company I am on the outside , never feel comfortable yet I get told what good company I am

We do have so much to give though and I think one reason we feel this way is because of are anxiety it takes away so much of our self worth

Keep practising been among people though and acceptance ,accepting you are worthy and that you are worth just as much as everyone else , takes some doing but you can do it
