Anxiety Disorder

I have been suffering with anxiety for the past 12 months. My symptoms include panic attacks, tension in my head, eyes and ears and tiredness. Anxiety has taken over my life. I have not been able to go to work since July.

Is anybody else experiencing anxiety?

What meds fo you take? I was prescribed Propranolol and Amitriptyline.

I only take Ativan right now for panic/ anxiety. I have been on other meds but not right now

My mum and nan were both on Ativan many years ago. I asked my doctor for Ativan the other week as it worked miracles for my mum. The doctors are reluctant to give you it because of it being addictive so he wouldn't let me try it.

Have you guys ever bondered the idea of going under hipnosis to find the root/ trigger

I have tried counselling on and off for years. I am on a waiting list to see a psychiatrist as my CPN nurse says I could be bipolar.
