I get anxiety when I workout. Like really bad.

I do its annoying as exercise is meant to help!

I seem to get it all the time, but I always worry I will wear myself out too much and get too anxious to carry on x

Happens all the time. Heavy head, and the so called "constant hangover" that i get just amplifies while working out.

This happens when I workout at nigjt usually. I guess I have to change to a day time routine.
