hi nattlez, panic attacks / high anxiety are awful when they hit you, but breathing is the key to reducing the severity of them, there is no specific way to do it ,some say long breath"s , some say short, its up to the individual which is best for them, my o/h uses a website called headspace which is free for about 10 weeks, they teach you about breathing / living in the hear & now, give it a go , jasper xx

Oh, I know exactly what you mean. I feel like that every single day of my life. It takes everything in my power to not give up. To not run to the ER. I'm losing it. We must keep fighting. Be strong and courageous! Blessings to you!

Hello there. I'm sorry you feel like your anxiety is winning. Don't let it take over you can do it. Continue breatjing through it and practice clearing your mind. Have you tried meditation? When I was dealing with the panic attacks I felt the same way, it feels horrible. So I started meditating, yoga and daily walks. I practice these things even when I am feeling good. You can't just do these things when you feel low, it has to be a daily practice. At least that is what has helped me. Wishing you better days to come.
