So im having anxiety not sure why. Its ine of the big ones that will pass in about 30 mins. So maybe its a panic attack. Ughh. I need some help calming down please. Any advice will help

Hope you are feeling better now. Do you try deep breathing when this happens because i find this usually works? You could also try one of the online meditation sites although I believe you have to do this on a regular basis.
