Positive day with physio

I have recently started with a personal trainer. It's a tough programme with exercises every day.

I have a cycle which I place on the table top and give my arms a work out. I also have a punch bag and I box from my chair and of course swimming.

Results so far....

I'm losing weight which makes it easier to walk with my frame.

I have a lot more strength in my legs and more stamina.

I have reduced my painkillers to 1 dose a day.

I may be able to use tripods again soon ... I haven't used these for over 2 years.

I saw my physio today and she is really pleased with my progress!

:-) hard work pays off.
