My therapy sessions at Bobath Scotland are going well. I'm working on my core strength with my therapist.

It is making it easier to move ,sit and walk which is good. I have reduced my painkillers and generally feel more relaxed. The exercises are simple - so I can fit them into my hectic lifestyle!

I feel motivated and empowered. It's great!
