I have recently started noticing more tightness and slight pain around my hips, pelvis and back.
I have very rounded shoulders and tend to slouch forward, and when I straighten my legs (as much as I can) I bend at the pelvis and if I try to straighten up I get an uncomfortable feeling in my lower back.

Yes I've had that . In the first instance I would get a referral to an occupational therapist . They can advise on back support while seated and posture generally ...well that's what they do in Scotland . Failing that a physio assessment may be quite good to rule out any hip problems. I had my hip replaced last year prior to that I had severe pain in my back groin and knee. I'm not saying its that. It just might be muscles getting tighter ! Speak to your Gp upping baclofen dose might help. But speak to them. Boots heat pads might help. Just suggestion speak to your gp as they will refer you if need be.
I'll be pushing for a physio assesment asap... It's been like it for a while, but when I was on holiday last month I really began to notice how different the shape of my back is.....
You might want to ask your GP to refer you to orthopaedics just to get a specialist's opinion. However the physio should pick up on anything abnormal. If you are noticing changes then seek medical advice and don't be afraid to ask for a specialists opinion.
