LDN for ADHD when taking Concerta?

My 21 year old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD a few months ago. We were wondering whether LDN can be taken while also taking ADHD meds (in this case, she is on Concerta - slow release Methylphenidate). We were hoping that she might be able to slowly taper off the Concerta and use LDN in the meantime to help with the ADHD. She also has been severely struggling with her mental health, low BP and dizziness, fatigue and very painful periods. We thought that the LDN might also help with some of these symptoms.

I have been using LDN (am currently on 3.5mg - 1mg at night, 2.5 morning) myself for quite a while now and it does really help with joint and muscle pain due to autoimmune thyroiditis, MCAS and fibromyalgia. I thought we could try it with my daughter and see whether it helps her at all.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.
